Economical Vibration Monitoring System for Conveyors

The Balmac Model 191 Vibration Transmitter is capable of measuring up to 25 inches per second of vibration velocity on bulk handling conveyor systems. When used with a Model 1112 Vibration Monitor, or other existing control system, the Model 191 continuously monitors controlled vibration levels required to move bulk product at optimum process speeds. If vibration levels drop below or go above operator selected preset limits, the system will trip relays to automatically activate alarms and alert operators to the problem.

Model 191 is intrinsically safe and is listed by UL-Underwriters Laboratories for use in hazardous locations (Listing ZTSZ). Class I, Groups A, B, C and D; Class II, Groups E, F and G; Class III, Divisions 1 and 2
