The CyberResearch® KVME 1000 transmitter-receiver pair uses optical technology to stretch cable distances up to 3,300 ft. Its advanced electronic technology combines all electronic input and output signals into one optical KVM signal, giving you many more options than you get with conventional KVMs.
First, you can have an operational keyboard, video, and mouse simultaneously at both the local and remote ends of the circuit. Because the transmitter and receiver automatically convert all KVM signals into all supported formats, you can input PS/2, USB, or Sun keyboard and mouse signals and use the same or a different set of signals at the remote end.
