Featuring luminous intensities up to 23,500 mcd, solid-state AYL series is suited for sign, backlighting, or general illumination applications. They utilize AlGaInP die technology and are offered in SMT, P4, 5 mm round and elliptical package styles with choice of 15º, 30º, 40º, 70º, 70º x 40º, 90º, 110ºx50º, and 120º viewing angles. LEDs are also available in 632 nm red. Specific applications include portable equipment and illuminated switches.

AYL yellow LEDs are available in surface mount, P4, 5mm round and elliptical package styles, with a variety of viewing angles to choose from.
