Accurate, Fast Compact SCARA Robots Install Easily In Small Space

The Yamaha YK180X and YK220X are compact SCARA robots with arm lengths of 180 mm and 220 mm. With an installation footprint as small as 112 mm x 105 mm, these robots offer great flexibility in system design. With XY positional repeatability of ± 0.01 mm, they can be used for extremely accurate assembly of very small parts. The standard cycle time of 0.39 seconds place the YK180X/YK220X among the fastest Yamaha SCARA robots.

Designed for a payload capacity of 1KG, the YK180X and YK220X offer the best size vs. payload ratio on the market. With the addition of these high payload/high rigidity compact SCARA robots, Yamaha Robotics maintains the largest variety of SCARA arms on the market with 13 arm lengths available between 120 mm and 1200 mm.
