Magnet Wire Stripper features in-line operation.

August 10, 2005 - Model IK10 removes film type insulation from round magnet wires used in manufacture of coils, bobbins, chokes, resistors, and spring winders. Able to handle round wires from 11–28 AWG, product strips max of 4 in. long windows. Fully programmable unit, used in conjunction with coil winding and spring winding machines, pre-strips or window strips wires as coils are wound. It incorporates 115 V, 60 Hz reversible motor and requires 90 psi air supply.

Model IK10 In-Line Magnet Wire Stripper

Eraser’s Model IK10 In-line Magnet Wire Stripper removes film type insulation from round magnet wires used in the manufacture of coils, bobbins, chokes, resistors and spring winders. Model IK10 will strip round wires from 11-28 AWG (2.31-0.33mmø) and will strip a maximum of 4" (101mm) long windows. The IK10 is fully programmable and designed for use in conjunction with automatic coil winding and spring winding machines to pre-strip or window strip wires as coils are wound. The unit weighs 48 lbs. (20.25Kg), and has an overall size of 26L" x 12W" x 12H" (660mm x 305mm x 305mm). It incorporates a 115V 60Hz reversible motor and requires 90-PSI air supply. A 230/240V 50Hz unit is also available.
