New Spray Nozzle Improves Performance in High Speed, Short Duration Spray Applications
WHEATON, IL (July 11, 2005) Spraying Systems Co. has introduced their new 29JAUCO spray nozzle, a low-pressure, air atomizing nozzle engineered for applications where space is tight. To minimize the profile, all mounting and inlet connections are located at the back of the nozzle body.
With cycling speeds from continuous to 1000 cycles per minute, the 29JAUCO spray nozzle performs well in any high speed, short duration spray application including marking, food processing, sealing and lubrication.
The 29JAUCO nozzle has several features designed to keep maintenance downtime to a minimum:
• All wear parts are easily accessed from the front so mounting and connections are not disturbed for maintenance
• A built-in, clean-out needle automatically activates during each spray cycle to protect against clogging
• Threadless spray nozzle set-ups are available to meet FDA sanitary regulations for the food processing industry
• Drip-free® seal stops liquid flow quickly and completely. The shut-off needle is engineered to absorb impact and minimize wear on the seal for a longer service life
Fluid can be recirculated through the body to maintain a consistent temperature. Customers have the option of switching the liquid inlet and recirculating connection to accommodate the requirements of their specific application. All wetted parts are constructed of stainless steel, Ryton®, Teflon®, Viton® or PEEKâ„¢.
