July 19, 2005 - Accu-Lube® 9045 attaches to 3-pump Accu-Lube® applicator system and applies smooth coat of lubricant directly to cutting edge and on both sides of saw blade. Nozzle mixes lubricant and air right at nozzle, so there is no lag time and no dry cutting. Mounting block facilitates installation, blade changes, and alignment.

Glenview, IL ā€“ July 5, 2005 - Accu-Lube® introduces Accu-Lube 9045 Nozzle, a new unique Circular Saw Nozzle designed for large circular saws blade, from 30ā€¯ to 120ā€¯ in diameter. This nozzle has been designed to increase tool life, reduce fluid consumption and maximize sawing productivity.
The new Accu-Lube® Circular Saw Nozzle attaches to a three pump Accu-Lube® applicator system and applies a smooth coat of lubricant directly to the cutting edge and on both sides of the saw blade. Accu-Lube® Circular Saw Nozzle mixes lubricant and air right at the nozzle, not back at the applicator, so there is no lag time and no dry cutting. The flow of lubricant is directed out three ports. Another unique feature is the mounting block that provides for easy installation, blade changes and precise alignment. Accu-Lube® Circular Saw Nozzle should be used with Accu-Lube®ā€™s positive displacement pump applicators.
