Synthetic Grease provides protection up to 750°F.

July 15, 2005 - Suited for industrial bearings, Grade GR-650 features ashless synthetic base stock that provides thin film lubrication and maintains grease structure at temperatures of 650–700°F. Barrier film strength fights excessive friction and wear at high speed, heavy load, and in high-temperature service. Added chemistry built into GR-650 provides protection that is needed if grease cycle is missed. Grease comes in tubes, 5 gal pails, 120 lb kegs, and 400 lb drums.

New Unique High-Temperature Synthetic Grease Grade GR-650

Dylon Lubricant Technologies Co. has developed Grade GR-650 a synthetic high temperature grease. High operating temperatures and heavy loads will break down conventional greases, causing run-out and oxidation that leaves gummy residue, abrasive coke and carbon deposits. These conditions will cause premature failure of bearings and expensive machinery. The use of Dylon GR-650 can solve these problems.

The unique, ashless synthetic base stock provides superior thin film lubrication, allowing for maximum protection. Dylon GR-650 maintains a grease structure at temperatures of 650°F to 700°F, providing solid lubricant protection up to 750°F and can be used in all types of industrial bearings.

The barrier film strength of GR-650 has been maximized to fight excessive friction and wear at high speed, heavy load and in high temperature service. The added chemistry built into GR-650 allows grease cycle extensions and provides the added protection that is needed if a grease cycle is missed.

For convenient use, GR-650 is packaged in tubes, 5-gallon pails, 120 lb. kegs and 400 lb drums. Thick and adhesive, GR-650 is easy to pump from a pail, and easy to use in cartridge form.

Dylon Lubricant Technologies Co. is a division of Dylon Industries Inc., which has a history of innovation in the specialty lubricant and coating industry since 1967. Dylon is an ISO &001: 2000 company. For more information on Grade GR-650, and free literature featuring Oylon's complete product line, please call or write:
