‘Turbo Force’ High Pressure Coolant Delivery System With Integral, Automatic Filtration

MADISON HEIGHTS, MI – (June 24, 2005) – Knoll America, an industry leader of high-pressure machine tool coolant and filtration components and systems is pleased to announce their newest offering – TURBO FORCE. Designed for abrasive processors (milling, turning and drilling) this space-saving system can be used to clean coolants – both emulsions and oils.

The Turbo Force system is capable of removing particles down to 25 microns and automatically back-flushes contaminants into a chip conveyor for individual machines or through a central filtration system for multiple station operations. Bags and cartridges have been eliminated to provide maintenance- and media-free filtration. Turbo Force pumps are available in 15 sizes offering flow rates of 1-180 GPM up to 1750 PSI, and provide quite, maintenance-free performance. They are designed to be simple, space-saving and cost-effective with extended long life – the optimum choice for high-volume, high-pressure applications.
