All-In-One Pump and Cartridge Filter Combination

Hayward's In-Tank Filtration System is designed to filter process fluid within a tank to eliminate the time and expense needed to install a separate, standalone filter and pump.

The cartridge filter features all plastic, corrosion resistant CPVC construction with FPM seals for exceptional chemical resistance. The filer is available in a signal model with one filter cartridge or a double model with two cartridges. Both systems feature a choice of Hayward's WEBSTER™ brand Series D or S Pumps. The seal less pumps can be run dry and come with Hayward's two year warranty.

Changing filter cartridges is quick and easy for both the double and single systems. A simple quick disconnect union is used to connect the filter cartridge to the pump - no tools are needed. Just unscrew the union and remove the filter cartridge assembly. It takes only seconds and there are no plastic screws that could be cross-threaded, especially important at higher temperatures. To make the change out process even faster, additional disconnect unions are available to make up preloaded assemblies with clean filter cartridges.

Hayward's In-Tank Filtration System comes standard with a wound, 50 micron polypropylene filter cartridge. Replacement cartridges are available in 1, 5, 10, 30, 75, and 100 micron ratings and have a 1" I.D. and a 12 ˝" O.D. All are available in 10", 20" or 30" lengths.
