New Air Wiskâ„¢ Blow-Off Nozzles from BEX

(LIVONIA, Ml) - With the ability to be interchangeable with other types of air blow-off nozzles, the new Air Wiskâ„¢ from BEX Inc. offers a universal nozzle installation solution for a range of industries and industrial applications. Examples of applications that could use the Air Wisk include industrial product drying, cooling, cleaning, blowing off debris, and providing air curtains to keep processes separate.

The interchangeability of the Air Wisk together with the nozzle providing uniform air pattern distribution makes the Air Wisk suitable for applications requiring a single nozzle or a number of nozzles in an array. "Uniform distribution is important because it ensures the Air Wisk provides a solid air flow with no interruptions or breaks," says BEX General Manager Christian Canzano. "Industrial applications demand complete coverage."

The Air Wisk also exhibits industrial-strength performance characteristics. Made of chemically resistant and durable ABS resin, the Air Wisk is rated for applications of up to 150 degrees F. Operating between 80 and 120 psig, the Air Wisk also exhibits lower noise levels compared to other blow-off nozzles.

With over 40 years experience in the design and development of spray nozzles and tank mixing eductors, BEX is committed to providing new technology and products to suit the ever-changing needs of the industrial environment.
