June 14, 2005 - Stafford Shaft Collars are available with threaded-, square-, smooth-, hex-, and keyed-bores to match positive drive shafts. Available in 1-piece, 2-piece, and hinged-collar styles, products are machined from steel, 303 stainless steel, and aluminum. Collars, offered in standard inch/metric sizes from 1/8–10 in. ID and 3.175–254 mm, may also be constructed from 316 stainless steel, brass, bronze, and exotic alloys.

Eliminating the need for custom machined collars, Stafford Shaft Collars with different bores are offered in standard inch/metric sizes from 1/8” to 10” I.D. (3.175 mm to 254 mm). Specials can be fabricated from other materials including 316 stainless steel, brass, bronze, and exotic alloys.
