Cut Installation Time in Half with Edison® A/C Disconnects

ST. LOUIS – The new fusible or non-fusible Edison® Air Conditioner Disconnect with pre-assembled cable whip cuts installation time by 50 percent because the cable harness is already wired to the disconnect box. The hassle-free, pre-assembled kit includes the A/C disconnect, cable whip, box and whip wall mounting hardware – everything needed to attach the box and cable to the exterior wall.

Also new is another Edison time and money saving product – the fusible or non-fusible A/C disconnect with integrated GFCI receptacle. It eliminates the time and cost of installing a separate outlet to meet NEC® 210.63 and 210.8 ground fault requirements. The outlet also provides a safe additional power source for contractors and homeowners.

Both units are UL Listed, CSA Certified and are padlockable. These A/C disconnects also meet single-phase application requirements for heat pumps, pump houses, spas, swimming pools and whirlpools.

For more information about Edison A/C disconnects, contact your local Edison sales representative or visit www.edisonfuse.com.
