Able to operate in horizontal or vertical position, CE100 has solid steel frame fitted with conical roller bearings on all shafts. For driving power and bending speed up to 20 fpm, unit features separate drive motors for each drive shaft, which are coupled to oil-filled reduction gearboxes. Center roll is hydraulically positioned using joystick control, digital readout monitors center roll position, and programmable control allows for multiple programs and infinite passes.

Ercolina's CE100 is designed the bending of heavy materials including angle iron up to four inch with a 1/2" thickness and five inch pipe. The CE100 machine frame is machined from solid steel and fitted with conical roller bearings on all shafts, extra long center roll slide guarantees maximum rigidity and bend radius repeatability. For optimum driving power and bending speed up to twenty feet per minute there are separate drive motors for each drive shaft coupled to oil filled reduction gearboxes. Each drive is fitted with a brake for bending greater productivity. The CE100 automatically regulates the drive shaft speeds to compensate for differences in the peripheral speed. Center roll is hydraulically positioned using joystick control for operator convenience. Digital readout monitors center roll position and programmable control allows for multiple Programs and infinite passes. In addition to the side pressure rollers, tapered anti twist rollers are permanently mounted for use when bending angle iron. The CE100 will operate in the in the horizontal and vertical position to accommodate heavy work pieces.
