Digital Cameras offer 1394.b and Camera Link interfaces.
May 10, 2005 - Camera Link-compatible, color Model XCL-U1000C incorporates 1/1.8 in. progressive scan CCD that produces 1,600 x 1,200 UXGA images. Monochrome VGA digital camera, Model XCD-V50, features 1/3 in. progressive scan CCD with square pixels and 1394.b interface that supports cables up to 100 m. It provides 648 x 494 pixel resolution at 60 fps in 8-bit mode and offers drop-in replacement for most analog cameras.

A color version (XCD-V50CR) will be available in April 2005. Both models feature 648 x 494 pixel resolution at 60 fps in 8-bit mode. These small digital cameras are ideal drop in replacements for most analog cameras.
