Adapter secures cleaning tools to telescoping poles.
May 9, 2005 - Designed for use with company's High Access System, ErgoTec LockingCone allows tool attachments to be fastened securely to telescopic pole system to prevent them from falling during use. Ergonomically designed safety adapter locks to pole and allows attachments to be changed by pressing quick-release spring. Unit can also be used with other aluminum telescopic poles, ErgoTec Window Cleaning Tools, and ProFlat Duster.

Unger Enterprises Wins Innovation Award for New ErgoTec LockingCone
Tool selected at the UK's prestigious Cleaning Show 2005 for ergonomics and versatility
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (April 19, 2005) - Unger Enterprises, Inc. today announced its new ErgoTec LockingCone won the Innovation Award in the "best hand tools" category at The Cleaning Show 2005, one of the UK's largest cleaning industry exhibitions. Unger's ErgoTec LockingCone is an ergonomically designed safety adapter for Unger's High Access System. The product allows select Unger tool attachments to be fastened securely to Unger's telescopic pole system, preventing tools from falling during use.

The award decision was based on votes from the members of the British Institute for Cleaning Science and Hygiene Suppliers Association and the Cleaning and Support Services Association.
