April 19, 2005 - Model 3345 QC Package is out-of-the-box mechanical testing system for tension and compression testing. It includes 5 kN testing machine, TouchPanel controller, 5 kN tensile wedge grips, and 2 compression platens. Unit features Quick Test and Main test modes and 4 highly visible result displays: Pass/Fail, Results, Statistics, and Graph. USB interface sends test results directly to flash memory and/or printer.

Instron’ Offers A New Package With "Touchpanel" Controller For QC Testing

Instron®, a leading provider of testing equipment designed to evaluate mechanical properties of materials and components, offers the Model 3345 “QC Package”, a complete, out-of-the-box mechanical testing system for tension and compression testing. The Model 3345 facilitates quality control and component testing, ensuring that manufacturing processes meet the highest standards and the highest customer expectations.

Instron’s 3345 QC Package is comprised of a 5 kN (1000 lbf) testing machine, a new, state-of-the-art TouchPanel controller, 5 kN tensile wedge grips, and two compression platens. The intuitive TouchPanel screens are not only easy to learn and use, they also eliminate the need for PCs and take up less lab space. The 3345 features “Quick Test” and “Main” test modes to accommodate user methods, and four highly visible result displays: “Pass/Fail,” “Results,” “Statistics,” and “Graph.” A convenient USB interface sends test results directly to flash memory and/or a printer.

Instron’s Model QC 3345 testing package comes equipped for tension and compression testing at a very affordable, introductory price.
