Thermally Conductive Film is suited for electronics.
April 21, 2005 - Tra-Sheet BFGA electrically insulating silicone sheet is suited for applications requiring thermal resistance as low as 0.12°C/W and thermal conductivity to 5.0 W/m•K. Reinforced with glass-fiber layer to maximize reworkability, product remains flexible enough to avoid cracking and stay stable over extended periods. Film, offered in thicknesses from 0.20–0.80 mm, is available in standard shapes or can be custom die-cut to specifications.

Tra-Sheet BFGA is a highly filled, electrically insulating silicone sheet ideal for use in applications requiring low thermal resistance and high thermal conductivity. Tra-Sheet BFGA is reinforced with a glass-fiber layer to promote long-term reliability and maximize reworkability, but is still flexible enough to avoid cracking and remain stable over extended periods. Tra-Sheet BFGA has a thermal conductivity of 5.0 W/m•K and offers thermal resistances as low as 0.12 °C/W!
Typical Applications:
• Thermal isolation/dissipation in semiconductor elements
- Power transistors
- Diodes
- Thyristors
• Thick film ICs, Analog ICs, DIPICs
• MPU and SRAM chips
• Heat Pipe applications
Tra-Sheet BFGA is offered in several thicknesses from 0.20mm to 0.80mm.
Tra-Sheet BFGA is available in many standard shapes, or we can custom die-cut to your specification.
