April 7, 2005 - Air Boss One-Man Portable HEPA Air Cleaner assists in eliminating smoke, dust, powders, and other dry process pollutants from breathing and work zones. Contaminants enter unit through slotted nozzle and 10 ft hose. Polluted air is filtered through 3-stage filtration system before it is re-circulated into work area. Unit includes 2 direct-drive fans and motors, signal light to indicate when to replace filters, and 15 ft cord and plug that fit 120 Vac outlet.

Sanford, N.C. – March 2005 – Trion Inc., a subsidiary of Fedders Corporation, introduces the Air Boss One-Man Portable HEPA Air Cleaner which incorporates the latest technological advances in filtration design.
The Air Boss One-Man assists in eliminating smoke, dust, powders and other dry process pollutants from breathing and work zones before they adversely affect indoor air quality and worker productivity. The unit is convenient to use, easy to maintain, helps to meet OSHA air quality standards and is ideal for removing pollutants airborne pollutants associated with a wide variety of applications including welding, grinding, cutting, sanding and soldering.
Contaminants enter the One-Man Portable through the slotted nozzle and 10 foot flexible hose. This polluted air is then filtered through a three-stage filtration system consisting of spark trap, replaceable pre-filter, and replaceable main filter before it is re-circulated into the work area as clean air. An optional aluminum mesh pre-filter is available for collecting oily particulate.
