Flexible, Dual-Purpose Leak Detector Now Available in Handy EZ-Ject™ Kit
Westbury, New York — Spectronics Corporation's Quad Max Pro™ flexible leak detector is now available as part of the EZ-Ject™ QMK-40EZ/E kit. This unique, cordless inspection lamp combines three UV LEDs for fluorescent leak detection and one white LED for regular inspection. A 12" (30 cm) flexible extension allows the unit to be easily maneuvered around hoses, fittings and other obstructions in all types of HVAC/R equipment. This makes it simple to pinpoint hard-to-reach refrigerant leaks. An adjustable mirror exposes leaks hidden from direct view.
The EZ-Ject™ QMK-40EZ/E kit also features the EZ-Ject dye injector assembly, which is the mess-free, easy way to add fluorescent dye into AC&R systems... a hose assembly with low-loss fitting ... a purge fitting ...two 0.5 oz cartridges prefilled with universal fluorescent dye... an 8 oz spray bottle of GLO-AWAY™ dye cleaner... fluorescence-enhancing glasses ... and a durable plastic carrying case.
The Quad Max Pro delivers triple the UV power to make all leaks glow brighter. A touch of a switch converts this "two-in-one" tool from a UV inspection light into a regular flashlight. Each solid-state LED has an average rated life of 100,000 hours.
