BOURNE, MA, March 8, 2005 – Onset Computer Corporation, the leader in reliable, battery-powered data loggers, today introduced the HOBO U12 Stainless 5” Probe Temp Logger, a high-accuracy, piercing-probe data logger designed to monitor temperatures of stored, frozen and prepared foods. Designed for use in ovens, smokers, autoclaves and other equipment, the logger features a -40° to 125°C temperature range, a 20-second response time, and a food-grade 316L stainless steel housing.
