March 14, 2005 - At 48 V, Model 000-0358 brushless DC frameless motor operates at 200 rpm and delivers 600 oz-in. of torque with 80% efficiency and can deliver burst of stall torque up to 1,300 oz-in. Compact 6.5 in. dia x 2 in. long motor utilizes high-energy, high-temperature, rare-earth magnets, making it suitable for use in applications where demanding temperatures are found. Custom mounting configurations and variety of electrical and mechanical options are available.

Servo Magnetics Inc. - Canoga Park, CA— the new 000-0358 high performance brushless DC frameless motor from Servo Magnetics Inc. is designed for low voltage applications where a high acceleration, high torque motor is required at low speeds. At 48 volts, this motor operates at 200 rpm and comfortably delivers 600 oz-in of torque with an efficiency of 80%. When called upon, it is capable of delivering a burst of stall torque up to 1,300 oz-in. This is accomplished in a compact 6.5” diameter by 2” length. Having been designed for a precise, powerful, low speed servo application, care has been taken to minimize cogging torque. High-energy, high-temperature, rare-earth magnets are utilized, making it suitable for use in applications where demanding temperatures are found. A variety of electrical and mechanical options are available including windings for specific power requirements, drive-specific commutation and custom mounting configurations.
