Retractable Cables come in USB 2.0 and Cat5E versions.


March 8, 2005 - Used to connect computer to USB 2.0 or 1.1 devices, USB 2.0 cables measure 4 in. long when retracted and extend to 4 ft. They support data transfer rates to 480 Mbps and come in 3 versions for use with devices that have USB B, mini USB 4-pin, or mini USB 5-pin connectors. Cat5E ZIP-LINQ™ Ethernet retractable cable connects computer to 10/100 Ethernet network. It extends to 5 ft and features Evernew flat Cat5E cabling with twisted pair construction.

RICHMOND, Calif., Feb. 23 -- Keyspan, America's #1 brand of USB connectivity products*, announced it is expanding its family of ZIP-LINQ retractable cables. Shipping this month, the new USB 2.0 and Cat5E ZIP- LINQ(TM) retractable cables will retail for $14.99.

The USB 2.0 retractable cables connect a computer to USB 2.0 or USB 1.1 devices. The cable is just four inches long when retracted, yet it extends to four feet. It supports data transfer rates of 480 Mbps. The USB 2.0 retractable cables are available in three versions for use with devices that have USB "B" connectors, mini USB 4-pin connectors, or mini USB 5-pin connectors.

The new Cat5E Ethernet retractable cable connects your computer to a 10/100 Ethernet network and extends to five feet. The cable features Evernew flat Cat5E cabling with twisted pair construction.
