The latest net-weight filling/capping technology from WEIGHTPACK and WEIGHTPACK-NORTH AMERICA features a clean and simple design with special laminar flow fill nozzles that provide gentle and “foam-free” handling of product. A WEIGHTPACK “CARROUSEL” filler/capper was recently installed in a US production plant, and is filling and capping over 60 bottles per minute on a 6 liter fill of a liquid laundry detergent. Another line has just gone into production filling and capping medical liquids from 2 oz to 16 oz at 200 bottles per minute. A large range of filler and capper sizes are available to handle virtually any fill volume and speed requirement.
