Mixing Kettles provide scraped-surface agitation.
February 18, 2005 - Capable of up to 10,000 cps, High-Shear Mixing Kettles are available in sizes from 20–1,000 gallons. They are suited for difficult materials that are hard to emulsify, such as creams, lotions, and toothpastes. Alternate scraped-surface designs up to 1,000,000 CPS and larger capacity vessels are also available. Vacuum/pressure with tilt-out agitators can be included to facilitate cleaning, maintenance, and inspection.
