The H-20/35 Pro-Tec has been engineered to maximize PLC technology and minimize operator error utilizing a state-of-the-art PLC screen with graphic and data interface that provides vital diagnostic and data reporting in Real-Time. The H-20/35 Pro-Tec also features new patent-pending hybrid heaters for rapid warm-up and stable temperatures in up to 410 feet of hose length. Pro-Tec means Total Equipment Control. The Gusmer H-20/35 Pro-Tec provides PLC controlled heat for optimum control of material process temperatures and vital processing data. Tighter control of process temperatures. The Gusmer H-20/35 Pro-Tec's new hybrid heaters (12,000 watts or 18,000 watts) allow operators to attain the highest heating Delta T in the industry while maintaining stable operating temperatures at maximum flow rates.

Gusmer's new Automatic 52-amp Hose Heating Power Transformer with Matched Control Circuitry provides unequaled temperature maintenance in hose lengths 30% longer than any other metering unit on the market (up to 410 ft./124.96m). And, Gusmer's new AmpLok™ Hose Heat Control System means that voltage and amperage are automatically matched to the hose length—no settings or adjustments are required.
