NexGen Enviro Systems Announces Money Saving Asset for Waste Management

Introducing the RESOLV-R2® Model 90DIGIT Solvent Recycler

(JANUARY 12, 2005) Lindenhurst, NY - NexGen Enviro Systems, Inc. today announced a new addition to its family of high capacity solvent reclaiming systems, the Resolv-R2 Model 90DIGIT. Designed for use within a wide variety of manufacturing environments, this standalone-automated system is a cost-effective alternative to "drum and haul" services and other solvent handling methods.

The Resolv-R2 Model 90DIGIT provides an automatic solvent distilling cycle driven by an 8-bit microprocessor. It is capable of processing 24 gallons of solvent within four to six hours and recover 99.9% of the reuseable solvent. This cuts waste management costs, reduces virgin solvent purchasing and ensures compliance with EPA standards for solvent handling and disposal.

Walk Away Automation

The 90DIGIT system requires minimal operator interface or intervention. An on-board digital controller handles system diagnostics and provides alerts when operational maintenance is required. The system may be preprogrammed to shutdown automatically based on either vapor temperature read-out or end of cycle time. A built-in forced air fan handles condenser vapor cooling. Standard systems feature recycling tanks constructed in 304 stainless steel to guarantee longevity against harsher solvents. Vacuum add-on units are available in either pneumatic or electronic versions to handle solvents with high boiling points. Both versions are easily installed on-site to an existing distiller. Factory installed versions are also available if ordered as a vacuum assisted distiller.

The 90DIGIT measures 35" (L) x 43" (W) x 67" (H). It weighs 539 pounds and operates at a rated power of 8,000 Watts.

For more information about the 90DIGIT and its efficiency ratings, contact Jason Robbins, Vice President, NexGen Enviro Systems, Inc. 143 Cortland St., Lindenhurst, NY 11757. Telephone 1-800 842-1630. Email info@nexgenenviro.com. The company's website may be found at wvvw.nexgenenviro.com
