Custom Molded Tubing Parts Eliminate Leaks and Cut Costs and Assembly Times

Improved Flow Characteristics Over Tubing and Fitting Assemblies

Southampton, PA — Now available from NewAge® Industries, Inc., are Custom Molded Tubing Parts manufactured from PVC-based plastisol. The dip-molded parts address a number of problems that can occur with typical tubing and fitting connections, such as leaks, labor costs, flexibility, and uneven flow. Each Custom Molded Tubing Part is custom engineered and manufactured to a customer’s specific need. Applications that take advantage of the parts include appliances, dispensing equipment, fluid delivery and mixing systems, manifolds, general air or fluid transfer, supply and drain lines, and many others.

Issues associated with tubing and fitting assemblies consist of leaks, the costs of assembly and inventoried parts, interrupted flow, and aesthetics. Custom Molded Tubing Parts solve these problems and others by:

· Eliminating leak potentials – no tubing/fitting connections means there are no opportunities for leaks to occur

· Reducing the cost of labor to assemble tubing and fittings – the part arrives ready to install

· Purchasing and stocking only one finished product instead of tubing, fittings, and clamps

· Offering unimpeded fluid or air flow for better performance– there are no connections to obstruct flow

· Improving aesthetics – one molded part is more finished and professional than tubing and fitting connections held together by clamps

· Saving space in tight areas

· Reducing overall weight

Other benefits of Custom Molded Tubing Parts include the material’s flexibility and the availability of FDA, 3A, NSF, and UL flame retardant grades. Various Shore A durometer hardnesses are offered. The plastisol material may also be colored to match or differ from other components.
