Automatic Case Packer packs flexible bags into cartons.

January 24, 2005 - Modular Model SP-120 features stainless steel frame and adjustable hand wheel for size change over. With bag size range from 1 oz to 11 lb, unit offers packing rate up to 120 bags/min. Programmable logic control features low voltage inputs and outputs. Model SP-120 is suited for packing frozen vegetables, pasta, rice, sugar, and chocolates.

The Automatic Case Packer for Flexible Bags

The SP-120 IS FOR THE PACKING OF FLEXIBLE BAGS INTO RSC CARTONS. It is of Modular Construction, providing plant layout flexibility, Stainless Steel Frame making it Hygienic and Durable. It has a Hand Wheel Adjustment for Simple Change Size Change Over Packs. It has Bag Overlap Packing therefore, giving Minimum Board Usage and Compact Packs. It has a packing rate of up to 120 Bags / min (depending on pack config) and Bag Range of 25 gr to 5 Kg (1 oz to 11 lbs). The Control System is PLC Controlled with Low Voltage input / outputs.

- Frozen Peas, Beans, Vegetables, etc.

- Pasta

- Coconut

- Rice

- Sugars

- Confectionery

- Mini-size chocolates, etc.
