Vacuum Pans suit temperature-sensitive products.
January 17, 2005 - Vacuum Pans are used for products such as jams, jellies, candies, and other concentrations. Efficient evaporating can be accomplished by lowering boiling point to prevent damage to end product that would normally occur when boiling at atmospheric temperatures. Pans can be custom-designed to meet product requirements with features such as scrape-surface agitation, internal booster coils, and properly sized pre-condensers and pumps.
