Delaire USA Offers RF Network Attenuator Subsystems
Manasquan, New Jersey, November 1, 2004: Delaire USA, Inc. introduces RF Network Attenuator Subsystems that are designed to provide controlled attenuation of RF signals for test and installed systems for analog and digital applications. These subsystems are part of Delaire’s family of RF subsystems that provide a range of products that can be selected depending on the particular needs of the customer. The attenuator module bandwidth extends from DC to 2.3 GHz. The bandwidth can be designed over a specific range or over the maximum range depending on the subsystem selected. The modules include signal attenuators for level control. Applications include RF signal power level adjustment in test equipment and in service equipment. Local or remote computer control of the attenuators is available. The computer control interface is implemented via RS232, RS-422, RS-485, or IEEE488. The characteristic impedance of the standard system is 50 ohms (75 ohms is also available). Connector type can be specified. BNC, SMA and other RF connectors are available. Network attenuator options include 1 Sector, 3 Sector, Simplex, Duplex, Dual Duplex, Single Network and Multiple Network configurations.
