IR/ARO Introduces New EXPâ„¢ Diaphragm Pump Model

Ingersoll-Rand Productivity Solutions announces the latest addition to the ARO® Expert Series (EXP) Diaphragm Pump line. The new pump makes it as simple as possible for current users of air operated double-diaphragm pumps to experience the benefits of the EXP line.

The new PW10A-X-X pumps have the same footprint and fluid inlet/fluid outlet dimensions as the Wilden® "P4," "T4" or "W4" models, as well as the Versa-Matic® "E4" pump. Users of the aforementioned pumps can leave behind problems like stalling air motors and leaking band clamps, and move up to the energy-efficient EXP line, without having to alter their existing plumbing configuration.

The PW10A-X-X is constructed of aluminum and offers five diaphragm/ball-check options. Starting with patented stall-free air valve technology, EXP takes pump reliability to a new level. The simplified air valve design features only 4-working parts, boosts air-efficiency and solves the problem of air-motor stalling. The new valve configuration makes access, inspection and scheduled service faster and easier; which translates to saved time, parts and costs. All backed by a 5-year warranty.
