December 29, 2004 - SILICON VIDEO® 9T001C includes 1.5 x 1.9 in. machine-vision camera, PIXCI SI PCI bus frame grabber, RJ-45 cable, and XCAP-Lite software. With 2048 x 1536 max array resolution at 10 bits per pixel, 3 MP system has PIXCI SI PCI interface that supplies power, programmable pixel clock, exposure control, trigger input, and strobe output. Programmable area of interest and programmable pixel clock allow frame rates from 12–65 fps at respective resolutions from 2048 x 1536 to 800 x 600.

Silicon Video Color Camera System

Buffalo Grove, Illinois - EPIX®, Inc., announces the SILICON VIDEO® 9T001C color camera system.

The small and rugged 1.5 by 1.9 inch (3.84 by 4.85 cm) camera case contains a high speed and high resolution machine vision camera.

One small RJ-45 cable provides power, control, and pixel data between the camera and frame grabber.
The unit one, $995 system price includes the camera, PIXCI SI PCI bus frame grabber, RJ-45 cable, and ready to run XCAP-Lite software.

This 3 megapixel camera system has a maximum array resolution of 2048 x 1536 at 10-bits per pixel.

Programmable area of interest and the programmable pixel clock allow frame rates from 12 frames per second at 2048 x 1536 with a 48 MHz pixel clock. Other examples of frame rates are 65 frames per second at 800 x 600, and 30 frames per second at 2048 x 660, both using a 70 MHz pixel clock

The PIXCI SI PCI interface supplies power, programmable pixel clock, exposure control, trigger input, and strobe output.
