Lincoln Electric’s New Power MIG™ 350MP Offers The Flexibility To Weld In Numerous Process Modes

· Truly Multi-Process - Stick, TIG, MIG, Flux-Cored

· Advanced Processes - Pulsed MIG, Pulse-on-Pulse™ and Power Mode™

· Spool Gun and also Push-Pull Ready -- for maximum aluminum welding choices.

· New 115 volt AC auxiliary power makes it easy to run lights or grinders at your work station.

Cleveland, Ohio – For those involved in light to heavy job shop fabrication and manufacturing, especially involving aluminum applications, the Power MIG 350MP is The Professional’s Choice! This new unit from The Lincoln Electric Company features significant multi-process capabilities, including Stick, TIG, MIG and Flux-Cored as well as advanced processes like Pulsed MIG, Pulse-On-Pulse™ and Power Mode™.

Using Lincoln’s Chopper Technology™, the Power MIG 350MP delivers high quality welds with tremendous arc control -- testing shows enhanced starting, low spatter levels, excellent bead appearance, a wide operating ‘sweet spot’ and improved stainless steel and aluminum performance.

This Power MIG model offers a robust output range from five to 350 amps for handling thin DC TIG welding through industrial sheet metal and medium structural applications.

Lincoln’s Nextweld® Waveform Control technology delivers One-to-One™ customized welding parameters for every application. And, new, additional or updated welding waveforms can be downloaded directly into the machine, making it expandable for future applications. Synergic control of voltage with the wire feed speed allows users to set weld procedures with only one control for simplicity.

Hot new features include extremely easy-to-use spool gun and push-pull ready connection and a second gas solenoid to deliver gas to a spool or TIG torch without having to disconnect your regular MIG gun. Also, Power MIG 350MP is the only model in its class to feature a 115 volt AC auxiliary receptacle, offering convenient AC input power for work lights, grinders and other shop tools.

With its Nextweld advanced process Pulse-On-Pulseâ„¢ capabilities, the unit improves cleaning action and reduces heat input when welding aluminum, delivering a TIG-like appearance to the weld beads. Power Modeâ„¢ maintains a stable, smooth arc for short arc welding on thin materials. In addition, the Power MIG 350MP includes advanced parameter settings, including start, crater, pre/post gas flow, run-in and arc control.

Lincoln Electric is the world leader in the design, development and manufacture of arc welding products, robotic arc-welding systems, plasma and oxyfuel cutting equipment.
