December 27, 2004 - Designed for in-field analysis of organic and inorganic materials, portable AgriSpec™ is provided with fiber optic contact probe and has full spectral range of 350–2,500 nm. Unit features data collection down to 1/10 of 1 sec per spectrum, making it suited to analyze nutrient and moisture properties in soil, composition of manure and other biosolids applied as fertilizer to agricultural lands, animal forage, food products, and petrochemicals.
