Tensile Tester measures bond strength and peak force.

December 23, 2004 - Lab Master® Z-Directional Tensile Tester determines internal bond strength to 113 kg with 4.5 g resolution and ±0.02% FS accuracy. Position is measured and controlled with 0.1 µm resolution and 0.2 µm repeatability. By applying force in Z-direction until ply separation occurs, peak force can be measured. Curves are generated by thousands of data points per test to obtain material’s properties. Tester conforms to TAPPI T 541 and exceeds ISO 7500-1 Class 0.5 requirements.
