SmartSkim® CoolantLoop™ - New Coolant Recycling System

The new standard for economical on site recycling of used coolants and washwaters has been introduced by Universal Separators, Inc. and the SmartSkim® family of products. The CoolantLoop™ is a proven fluid management process for plants with individual coolant sumps. Incorporating the award- winning, multi-patented SmartSkim® technology, the SmartSkim® CrossFlow Separator removes oil and solids by gravity only, without filters or coalescer media.

Some of the major benefits reported by customers include:

A reduction of 45% - 75% of new coolant purchases.

Fluid disposal costs cut by 50% - 90%.

Improvements in tool life and product quality.

Eliminate environmental risks and safeguard worker health and safety.

Reduction in overall coolant maintenance costs

System payback averages 6 – 9 months.

In comparison to competitive units, the CoolantLoop™ is designed for easy installation and quick start up. No electrical panel is necessary, it requires plant air only. Just plug and play. Everything you need for successful recycling is included. Minimal operator involvement and maintenance is required.

Four standard models are available that range in size from 300 gallons to 1200 gallons and can process up to 600 gallons per hour.

Coolant circulates continuously within the system for multi-pass filtration and aeration.
