Components include steel reinforced conveyor belts, adjustable angle incline conveyor, and kwik-change crank adjustable side guides.

New Ergonomic Hopper Feeder Simplifies Blank Loading and Improves Operator Safety
(December 1, 2004 - Reedley, CA) - As an industry leader, at the forefront of innovative packaging automation solutions, SWF Companies is excited to introduce the new EH 100 “Ergo Hopper” which dramatically improves the ergonomic loading issues surrounding our line of vertical tray (TF models) and bliss case (BF models) formers.
With a 3-foot loading height, machine operators and associated personnel no longer have to reach high above forming mandrels to restock corrugated blanks into the hopper and with a blank capacity of up to 750 c-flute blanks, loading time is significantly reduced.
The EH 100 can be incorporated with any new SWF vertical tray or bliss former, as well as be retrofitted to any existing SWF units out in the field . Furthermore, it has been designed in such a way that it lends itself for integration with non-SWF vertical tray and bliss formers.
Additional features on the EH 100 include steel reinforced conveyor belts, an adjustable angle incline conveyor, duel drive motors for positive blank feeding, integrated safety guard package and kwik-change crank adjustable side guides.
