Pull Block
Mitee-Bite Products Inc. introduces the Pull Block, a manually operated clamping system for special applications. The Pull Block is a simple and cost effective way to activate clamps when the normal method of tightening the clamp is not allowed. (An example is secondary machining on lathe pieces that do not have a thru hole.) The ideal clamp to use on the Pull Block is our ID Xpansion Clamp, however any clamp that requires a straight draw can be mounted on the Pull Block.
Face plates and drive plates can be exchanged, so different set ups can be done on the same block. Each heat-treated and ground piston operates independently and only requires a ¼ turn to tighten or loosen with a standard socket wrench. The Pull Block is ideal for jobs that do not justify hydraulic applications or short run jobs with different set ups.
