Vibratory Counting System accommodates small parts.
November 19, 2004 - Automatic system counts small parts such as plastic caps, spouts, screws, and rivets in addition to heavy parts such as anchor bolts, bearing races, and metal sockets. Equipment consists of vibratory bowl feeder, sensing device, and electronic, resettable, 10-digit counter. Counting speed ranges up to 1,000 parts/min, and counting automatically stops once preset number is reached. Restart can be manual or automatic via signal.
