Stretch Wrapping Machine bundles goods for shipping.
November 10, 2004 - Using machine grade film rolls up to 10 in. wide x 6,000 ft, Stinger orbital stretch wrap unit bundles tubing, siding, and other building materials up to 40 in. in dia. Conveyor-fed machine has enclosed wrapping area and interlocking front guards that prevent ring from moving when guards are open. Features include variable speed drive, LED readout touch screen control panel, and max ring speed of 62 rpm. Machine measures 70 1/8 x 28 x 81½ in.
Yellow Jacket LLP introduces its newest machine in stretch wrapping, the “Stinger.” The “Stinger” is a 40” diameter orbital stretch wrap unit made for wrapping small loads and bundles of longer length products for shipping.
The “Stinger” securely wraps tubing, siding, other building materials and various industrial or warehouse applications. This new conveyor-fed machine has an enclosed wrapping area and interlocking front guards that prevent the ring from moving when the guards are open preventing operator injury. The “Stinger” has 40 inches of usable wrapping area, variable speed drive, LED readout touch screen control panel and a maximum ring speed of 62 rpm. The “Stinger” is 81 1/2” tall and 28” by 70 1/8” front to back. Standard machine grade film rolls up to 10” wide by 6000’ can be used.
