Introduction of Two-wire Oxygen Transmitter 4100e/2(X)H
METTLER TOLEDO INGOLD introduces a system for the measurement of oxygen in process liquids and gases. This state-of-the-art system is a two-wire transmitter that offers the user high accuracy as well as the highest measure of safety. The addition of this product completes the INGOLD x100e transmitter product line which also includes pH and conductivity. This system is specifically designed for demanding applications in the biopharmaceutical, chemical process, and beverage industries.
The new 4100e/2XH transmitter offers all the advantages of a loop powered design INCLUDING HART® (AMS Compliant) digital communication. The transmitter is perfect for hazardous areas with its ATEX and FM Class 1; Div 1 approvals (FM pending). The enhanced features of the x100e transmitter platform facilitate multiple calibration options including a unique process calibration option and calibration in either a gas or liquid environment. The electronics of the transmitter are well isolated which virtually eliminates plant noise and other electrical interferences from affecting the oxygen measurement.
The two-wire 4100e transmitters work in conjunction with the either the InPro 6800 dissolved oxygen sensor or the InPro 6900 dissolved oxygen sensor for oxygen measurements in the low parts per billion range.
