New Ladder Provides Maximum Versatility

Werner Introduces the new Telescoping Multiladder MT Series

(Greenville, PA) — Werner, the world's leading manufacturer of climbing equipment, has introduced a new family of Multiladders. These multi-functional ladders were engineered to fit the wide variety of projects professionals encounter daily, each able to convert into numerous positions and become different ladder solutions that previously would have required additional equipment. Instead of four ladders, one ladder accommodates a variety of work situations.

The telescoping design of the Werner MT Series Multiladder (MT Ladder) provides users with maximum versatility. The multipurpose ladder can be used as a twin stepladder, extension ladder, and stairway stepladder or as two scaffolding bases. The MT Ladder's flexibility allows both professionals and consumers to take advantage of its convenience and ease.

The MT Ladder is versatile, perfect for a first-time jobsite visit when a contractor may not know exactly which climbing equipment they will need," said Chris Filardi, Werner's Vice President of Commercial Marketing. "It is also great for homeowners to use for a number of everyday jobs, including painting in a stairway, cleaning the gutters and measuring for moulding, just to name a few "

The new Werner MT Ladder features spring loaded "J" locks, which allow quick height adjustment and soft-touch push knobs that alter angle positions. The ladder is comfortable, safe and durable with smooth curved rails, an extra wide flared bottom and double riveted steps. A bonus pack includes professional grade dynamic hinges and a storage case.

The Werner MT Ladder series includes four models that range in stepladder height from 3 feet to 11 feet. As extension ladders, the product can reach from 6 feet to 22 feet, depending on the model. Scaffold heights range from 1 to 4 feet and with a 300lb Type 1A Duty Rating, the Werner MT Ladder meets and exceeds both OSHA and ANSI standards.
