Ceramic Sealer provides 1800°F service.


October 18, 2004 - Applied by caulking cartridge, 7030 sealer forms gas tight seals with no objectionable odors or harmful fibers. Free flowing formulations are available for rapid or automatic dispensing applications. Room temperature-cure product bonds to metals, ceramics, door gaskets, tadpole gaskets, and ceramic cloths with no special surface treatment required. Corrosion and erosion resistant coatings are formed after a quick post cure at 600°F.

1800°F, Ceramic Sealer has the Convenience of 800°F Silicones and 1800°F Capabilities


This easy to use, high temperature Sealer forms gas tight seals for use in the most difficult applications. Safe to use. No objectionable odors or harmful fibers.

Can be applied from a standard caulking cartridge for applications in exhaust systems, diesel engines, gas turbines, heating plants, etc. New free flowing formulations are available for rapid or automatic dispensing applications.

Just mix and apply. 7030 bonds to most metals, ceramics, door gaskets, tadpole gaskets and ceramic cloths and has excellent adhesion to steel, stainless, aluminum, lead, ceramics, etc.

No special surface treatment needed.

Cures at room temp, or fast cures with mild heat. Corrosion and erosion resistant coatings are formed after a quick post cure at 600°F.

Thermeez 7030 is fireproof and has excellent resistance to most acids, alkalies, solvents, corrosives and electricity.

Thermeez 7030 is commonly used in high temperature exhaust systems, diesel engines, gas turbines, heating plants, etc.

It is the ideal choice for any high temp, application requiring 1800°F service, pressure tight and fire proof seals, wear resistance and high expansion.

New Thermeez 7030 High Expansion Adhesive is available in quarts with data sheets and instructions for 59.95. Available in gallons or 5 gallon pails for production applications.
