September 30, 2004 - FDA-compliant polypropylene Model L001 is actuated at levels as low as 3/8 in. water, is rated for 150 psig, and withstands temperatures to 200°F. Unit is top-mounted with standard 1/8 in. NPT or 3/8 in. thread, or base-mounted at bottom of tank using adhesive-backed mounting surface. Switch can be supplied with Buna-N floats for oils, gasoline, and lower density fluids. It is suited for condensate pans, steam tables, warming trays, and sumps.

Ultra-Low Level Float Switches

Innovative Solution's new ultra low float switch offers a reliable and economical solution to low level sensing. Made in FDA compliant polypropylene this compact device can actuate at levels as low as 3/8 inch of water, is rated for 150 PSIG and will withstand temperatures to 200°F. The L001 is top mounted with a standard 1/8" NPT or 3/8" thread or base mounted at the bottom of the tank using a specially designed adhesive backed mounting surface. A wide variety of custom connectors, terminals and wire and cable options are available.

The L001 is ideal for condensate pans, steam tables, warming trays, sumps and any application that requires critical low level switching. In addition to polypropylene, the L001 can be supplied with Buna-N floats for oils, gasoline and lower density fluids.
