Cimline Unveils Newly Designed 115-Gallon HeatWave™ Melter

Cimline, Inc., leading manufacturer of pavement maintenance equipment and accessories, recently introduced the newly designed 115-gallon direct-fire melter to their popular HeatWave™ Series.

The HeatWave™ Series has always been available in 30, 90 and 115-gallon capacities for economical, efficient gravity feed cracksealing. Now, both the 90 and 115-gallon model feature a unique auger type sealant agitator powered by a Honda 4 hp engine, resulting in quicker melting times and uniform heating.

The HW 115 trailer-mounted melter has a low center of gravity and is an economical choice for larger pavement maintenance projects. The 115’s wide door provides plenty of room for easy sealant loading and maintenance access. Now equipped with the auger type sealant agitator, rate and consistency of melted sealant is improved.

The HW 30, HW 90 and HW 115 feature a tube-fired heating system, constructed of two heavy-duty single-pass flues. The system provides superior strength and maximum surface area, so sealant is heated quickly and evenly. Each model is also equipped with a uniquely designed spigot. A special lockout feature and positive valve closure allows for sealant control. Engineered to prevent sealant clogging, HeatWave™ spigots require no heat treatment before pouring. The 115 offers 2 convenient spigot locations for any bander or pourpot.

Each model has its own special features and advantages. The HW 30 with hand agitator and adjustable vent ensures proper, even heating. The HW 90 heats up quickly and safety with tube-fired technology for medium sized jobs.
