September 27, 2004 - Available for ball-nose, square-shoulder, and toroid milling, screw-on modular heads allow greater effective reach than solid end mills. Close tolerance mounting minimizes runout. Heads have standard wrench flats, so no special metric wrenches are needed.

Dapra Corporation now offers screw-on modular heads to fit industry standard modular cutting systems produced by a variety of manufacturers. Available for Ball Nose, Square Shoulder and Toroid milling, these heads allow greater effective reach than solid end mills. In addition, their close tolerance mounting minimizes runout. Dapra's Modular Cutting Heads have standard wrench flats, so no special metric wrenches are needed.
