Motor Pumps suit stationary hydraulic applications.
September 23, 2004 - Close-coupled Series MPGB includes factory-assembled integrated motor and axial-piston, variable-displacement pump. Motor sizes range from 2–100 hp, while pumps provide flows up to 64 gpm. Series MACP motor adapter coupling units allows interchageability for pump flanges and shaft types. Nylon-coupling sleeve requires no lubrication, has nondestructive failure mode for both pump and motor shafts, and permits up to 2° of total misalignment between 2 shafts.

Bosch Rexroth Introduces New Close-Coupled Motor-Pump Groups for Stationary Hydraulic Applications
Company to feature its new close-coupled motor pump group at IMTS, September 8-15, 2004, at the McCormick Place Complex in Chicago, IL; Booth # D4240.
New units feature space-saving design, durable construction for more uptime, and fast in-stock availability of standard designs.
Bosch Rexroth will be showing the new close-coupled hydraulic motor-pump groups at IMTS, Booth D-4240. The MPGB includes a factory-assembled integrated motor and axial-piston, variable-displacement pump. Motor sizes range from 2 through 100 hp; pumps provide flows up to 64 gpm. The close-coupled design dramatically reduces the overall length of the motor-pump group and speeds installation since no labor is required to couple the pump to the motor. Also being shown is the MACB series of motor adapter coupling units to allow flexible, interchangeability for pump flanges and shaft types.
The unique new design provides interchangeable adapter plates for numerous pump flange mountings and permits flexible mounting. The modular design concept expands the pump-mounting options to accommodate virtually all pump product lines.
The new flexible coupling permits reliable coupling with higher horsepower motors. The nylon-coupling sleeve requires no lubrication, has a nondestructive failure mode for both the pump and motor shafts, permits up to 2 degrees of total misalignment between the two shafts, and accommodates a multiple pump shaft options.
