Use of the Hummer 6.6 is an easy, convenient way to coat samples prior to scanning electron microscopy. With a new 4" diameter stage, it accommodates up to 12 SEM pin stubs and up to 100 mm diameter substrates. The Hummer 6.6 joins the other memebers of its family, the larger Hummer 8 and Hummer 12, and smaller Hummer 6.2, with stages that range from 3" to 12" diameter.
