Creform® Wheels Start Revolution
Creform® Corporation has introduced its new CSC series of stem casters designed for use with the Creform System for building custom material handling structures. The CSC casters offer significantly higher capacities than other Creform stem casters and easier installation than bolt-on casters. The CSC series include swivel, swivel-with-stop, and a unique fixed style. They are ideal for pushcarts, workstations, flow racks, and other Creform structures requiring mobility in non-tugging applications.
The CSC casters are sized for easy, quick installation into the end of Creform's 28mm pipe sections. These stem style casters eliminate the mounting hardware used with similar capacity bolt-on casters. A plastic stem receiver is simply tapped into the pipe with a mallet, and then the caster stem is pushed into the receiver with nothing more than hand pressure until the unit engages and locks in place.
The casters are available in sizes of 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm (approximately 2", 3" and 4" diameters) and provide 34 kgs., 102 kgs., and 125 kgs. (75, 225, & 275 lbs.) load bearing capacity per wheel, respectively. The wheels are made of tough, durable polyurethane and feature a molded-in bearing for true tracking and low rolling resistance for easy maneuverability.
